Do Not Delete
Not My Usual Style
While several of my blog posts have touched on the issues of our day, most of my posts contain spiritual metaphors, and my books and short stories are far from hardline politics.
If you’re a faithful reader of mine, I realize Do Not Delete may not interest you. It won’t hurt my feelings if you don’t want to be reminded of the ugliness in our world. I write fiction to show what can be the best in humanity. Continue to enjoy that!
Please understand though, that the concept of this page badgered me for months, and I’ve come to believe it was a nudge from the Holy Spirit to share what I’ve learned from history.
Do I dare compare myself with Dietrich Bonhoeffer, a voice who cried out in the wilderness of a crumbling German society in the last century? Yes! In the sense that I am to be a voice in my time, not nearly as eloquent as Bonhoeffer, but a heart filled with urgency and the desire to translate those emotions to the written word.
